<p>After Monday’s final day of play was postponed due to rain, the second and final Test between India and West Indies concluded in a tie. Virat Kohli, the famous Indian batter who also played in his 500th international match during the game, was spotted chanting for the Port of Spain museum after the play was called off.</p>
<p>In the Test, Kohli reached his 76th century in international cricket, breaking his lack of foreign centuries.</p>

<p>For his 29th century in the longest format of the game, Kohli made 121 in the first innings of the second Test.</p>
<p>It’s interesting to note that Port of Spain is the same place where the renowned Sachin Tendulkar hit his 29th century in a Test match.</p>
<p>India was bowled out for 438 runs in their first innings, buoyed by a century from Virat Kohli and outstanding performances from Ravichandran Ashwin, Rohit Sharma, and Yashasvi Jaiswal.</p>
<p>West Indies put up a fight after a pathetic capitulation in the first game of the series, but they ultimately gave up and were bowled out for 255.</p>
<p>India had a hot start in their second innings, scoring 181 runs in only 24 overs before declaring.</p>
<p>At the conclusion of Day 4, West Indies were batting at 76/2 while attempting to reach 365.</p>
<p>India would have hoped to clinch a clean sweep before the weather interfered, with 289 still to defend.</p>
<p>For his stunning five-wicket haul in the first innings, Mohammed Siraj was named player of the match. India dropped to second position in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) points table despite winning the series.</p>
<p>The winning team receives 12 points and 100% of the points under WTC 2023–25 cycle regulations. However, as the game was a draw, India and West Indies both received four points and 33.33 percent of the points after the second Test.</p>
